The Positive Peach programme isn't just about following a list of exercises. The programme aims to challenge your mind as well as your body, building positive habits whilst learning how to grow your glutes. Each week will be based on a different topic with webinars and Q&As where you'll learn how to engrain positive habits to make sustainable changes towards a positive lifestyle.
During the 8 weeks you'll learn how to lift weights with proper form and confidence either in the gym, or at home. Through 2 phases of programming you'll grow strength, glutes and confidence through full body workouts.
By creating daily habits and rituals we will overhaul your mindset. Positivity underpins the whole programming. We don't just want to you build strength and fitness but to grow to love the skin you're in.
Following the tips and tricks from the programme, you'll learn how to build a balanced diet that fuels your goals. It's not about meal plans and deprivation, but teaching you the methods to sustain healthy habits.
The Facebook Support group is where the magic happens and you will receive daily support from your myself and many women on the same journey as you. This will hold you accountable and answer any of your questions.
